Traveling passport Officer. TULSA (OK) January 28th, 2025

As part of the initiatives aimed at ensuring an increasingly effective service to the resident community, on January 28th, 2025 the Consulate General of Italy in Houston will organize one day entirely dedicated to receiving the public for the collection of biometric data necessary to complete the procedures for the issuance/renewal of the passport. The traveling station will be present in Tulsa (OK) on January 28th, 2025, available to Italian citizens regularly registered with AIRE and residing in Oklahoma and Arkansas.

The initiative undertaken by this Consulate General serves to offer an increasingly wider range of services to our fellow citizens, in particular to those who live far from Houston.

In order to facilitate the procedures for submitting the application and capturing biometric data, Italian citizens are requested to book through the dedicated portal Prenot@mi no later than 2pm on Jan 24th, 2025. The summoned citizens must bring all the required documentation since there will be no photocopiers available.

Requests received after the above-mentioned date will not be taken into consideration.

The Consulate General will send an email with the address where the event in question will take place by the date of the appointment.
