These should be autonomous, stable, regular and consistent throughout the duration of their stay in Italy. Income should not come from active employment, but rather from sources such as: annuities, pensions, annuities movable and real estate securities, income deriving from stable business and commercial activities.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00b7 Applicant(s) are not allowed to carry out any form of work activity in Italy. Applicant(s) may continue taking care of their own commercial or financial business which are held abroad.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00b7 The elective residence VISA can be issued in favor of dependents such as spouses and children, on the condition that the financial resources are adequate for them as well.<\/p>\n<p>Each application is <u>independent<\/u>, therefore each Applicant is required to book an appointment and to bring a complete set of documents (ex. a family of 4 people = 4 sets of documents). Multiple Applications with only one set of documents will not be accepted.
