They are allowed to apply through mail or drop off. <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Appointment is not required<\/span>.<\/li>\n<li><strong>For Civilian personnel and contractors<\/strong>, the checklist of documents is: <a href=\"https:\/\/conshouston.esteri.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/MISSION-VISA-CIVILIANS.pdf\">MISSION VISA-CIVILIANS<\/a>.
