This case requires a clearance (<strong>nulla osta<\/strong>) from the <strong>Unified Immigration Desk<\/strong> (Sportello Unico Immigrazione),<\/li>\n<li>the foreign national related to <strong>an Italian or EU citizen<\/strong> intending to move to Italy.
