Ministry grants will be disbursed according to the criteria and procedures established in Chapter 2619 of the MAECI\u2019s Management Plan 2.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Schools interested in applying for these grants must submit the required forms and the letter through the Education Office at the Consulate General of Italy in San Francisco by <strong>March 18<sup>th<\/sup>, 2025. <\/strong>The application must include:<\/p>\n<ol style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">a dated and signed <strong>letter<\/strong> of request by the school, on the school&#8217;s letterhead, signed by the Principal or Head of Department explaining the intent of the request and description of the Italian language activities to be performed.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Allegato A,<\/strong> typed and completed in Italian, also dated and signed by the Principal or Head of Department, to request the funds.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Allegato A2<\/strong>, typed and completed in Italian, also dated and signed by the Principal or Head of Department, to report how any funds received in the calendar year 2023 were spent.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Please find attached:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/conshouston.esteri.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/Decreto-Direttoriale-4815_0229_CM_20568.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Decree nr. 4815\/0229 (legal basis for distribution of grants)<\/a><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/conshouston.esteri.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/ALL.-A-2_2025-editabile.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Allegato A<\/a><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/conshouston.esteri.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/ALL.-A-2_2025-editabile.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Allegato A2<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation (MAECI) intends to promote the Italian language and culture by paying for teachers\u2019 salaries.
