The Consulate General of Italy in Houston, TX issues a call for proposals to select a company, through a bid process, for the digitalization service of the consular archive with 15.000 files. The archived documents cannot leave the premises and will need to be scanned on-site.
This call for proposals is aimed to start a dialogue with all interested companies. At this stage, statements of interest submitted with the requested data will not be considered as binding for the Consulate Administration.
Companies that submit statements of interests will not gain preferred placement position in the decision-making process of the Consulate Administration.
The statement of interest and the attached form (annex 1) fully completed, must be received in a sealed envelope, by courier or other means, no later than 2pm Wednesday November 15th, 2023, at the following address:
