Opening to the public is limited to confirmed appointments only and in cases of emergency. The public reception hours are as follows: from Monday to Friday from 9.00 to 12.30 (closed on Wednesdays, Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays).
Before contacting the Offices, it is recommended to check the information requested in the specific sections as, following your reports, the website has been enriched over time with increasingly specific content precisely to provide immediate feedback to compatriots.
Emails sent cannot exceed 10 MB in size, always specifying complete personal details (name, surname, date and place of birth and residence). Finally, if an appointment is made through the dedicated Prenot@mi portal or directly via email, it is recommended to bring the booking confirmation email or summons from the consular office with you and show it at the entrance. In case of lack of possession, entry may not be allowed.
