Consular services are provided according to principles of equality, impartiality, efficiency and transparency.

Consular services are provided exclusively on the basis of residence. To verify the competent Consulate to contact, consult the consular network.

The Consulates ensure protection for all compatriots in the event of violation of their fundamental rights and limitation or deprivation of their personal freedom. They also provide assistance for emergencies, for family tracing, for inheritance practices opened abroad and for the repatriation of the deceased.
